  1. I have ordered products from dress Lilly and have not received any merchandise. Called the phone number and it did not work. Buyer beware.they said that my order was shipped on 1/2/16 and it now 1/12/16 and still no delivery. I have reported this company to the Better Business bureau. The company is in China. Do your research on this company and you will find many dissatisfied customers. BEWARE!!!!!

    1. This really is ridiculous u made a order two weeks ago and still haven't received my order. I'm letting youguys know that I have my lawyers involved and if I don't receive my products by this week i will be taking this company to court. I will make sure that your site is no longer available and I will receive my compensation. I advise you to stop ripping people and give them what we paid for or refund my money asap.     4. I have ordered from Dress Lilly a few other times in the past, delivery was slow yes, but have always been satisfied with what I have received. Until now.
      Actually it's not the products I am upset about. It's unable to get a hold of anyone for customer service.
      I am missing two items from my last order and am unable to contact anyone to get this resolved.
      Web site is useless, keeps making me sign in but wont allow me to submit a ticket. Phone numbers listed go straight to a voice mail.
      They were quick enough to take my money, but not customer friendly.
      If I can't get this resolved soon, I will not be ordering from this company again.

  2. I also had ordered but fortunately my order did come. I was going to report them to Visa and the BBB. I think you will get your order. It is slow coming because I think it is shipped from overseas.

  5. I ordered 2 tops and a wig I received the tops they very small have not received the wig. There was no invoice slip in pkg so I have no return address when called pay pal they had no address for them they gave me a phone number that didn't work

  9. I ordered some stuff in mid May. It's June 25th and I still haven't received anything. Fake ass phone number. Tracking just says "in route". I've order one other time before with no problem. That's the only reason I went back to this crap. Never again! Been waiting over a month for 3 pairs of shorts!!! Stay away from this site!!!

  12. I order 3 wigs on 8/30 today is 9/20 and I still have not received them. The shipping company left of my street name on my address. Now the items are on back order and Dressily offered me and 85% refund. WTF!!!! I need to pay for your mistake! I have never been able to get working phone # for this company. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

    1. I bought two items recently from this company and never received them. their payment sure did come out of my account. proof is on the bank statement!! I called the 669-721-9322 number and it didn't say dresslily. it was a female voice saying leave a message! is this company legitimate??? I'm going to contact the BBB to see if they can help me!! I also will never shop from this company again!!!!

  13. I ordered a wig from this company it looked so good from the pictures but when it arrived it looked nothing like the pictures. I was so disappointed it looked like it came out of the trash. I wish I had read some of the reviews before I ordered anything from this company.I Thought this was a company that I could I could trust.I have been trying to get in touch with this company for a month, and have had no one to help or answer me.I see a lot of things I would like to order but I'm afraid that it will be just a picture instead of what I think I'm ordering. I am on a fixed income. I thought I could save some money by ordering from your company but instead I got robed.

    Ordered items well in advance for Xmas..GOT NOTHING...
    At least we deserve to know where our orders are...OR at least let us know shipping will take up to 4 weeks for delivery

  21. I received my order but the coat I ordered was way too small. I sent them the information and they sent a key number I had to put in and I told them I want a full refund.. Probably won't get it. If not I'll go through every channel I can to get this kind of BS stopped!!!

  23. Having read the above reviews you do not sound like a very reliable company and I would appreciate your taking me off you subscriber list. I have tried numerous times to chat with someone, anyone about the size differences and can't get there from here which is why I don't wish to receive any more mail from your company. If you do eventuallylearn how to treat your customers I might be interested again as you do have some beautiful things. For now though, I'm finished.

Took my money out of my account and now they are saying" waiting on payment" I hate dealing with online shopping especially when it's not in America. It's hard to contact them and when I tried to contact thru the website( live chat) it wouldn't even allow me to submit. Wth!

  26. As you can see by the many post on here, the company is a fraud. Order made 6/14/2017, supposedly shipped 6/19/2017, however, has not been received as of 7/24/2017. Cannot contact anyone to verbally dispute this order....OOOHHH they did receive payment thru PayPal
